After its restoration in 2007 the Garratt GMAM No.4074 is
being totally overhauled for the Sisonke Stimela Railway Project.
Unfortunately during the SLST Tour
2007 numerous stay caps started leaking and now it is a huge new restoration
project.
At an estimated cost of ZAR3.4M the project is underway in June
2009
